Cépage : 60% Chenin, 30% Chardonnais, 10% Cabernet Franc

Vendange : manuelle en caissette ajourée ou palox.

Vinification : méthode de vinification respectant le cahier des charges du Saumur AOC, avec une 2ème fermentation en bouteille de 12 mois

Contenant : bouteille de 75 cl

Dégustation :

  • Caractéristiques sensorielles : vin effervescent blanc plus doux que le Saumur Brut à fines bulles.
  • Température de service : 6-8°C.
  • Potentiel de garde : Vin à consommer dans les deux ans, avec une préférence dans l’année.
  • Conseil de dégustation : Apéritif et dessert à base de fruits rouges.

Temps de conservation : à consommer dans l’année (maximum 2 ans)
