2 nouvelles têtes à la présidence des AOC Saumur Blanc et Rouge

Les AOC Saumur Blanc et Rouge ont de nouveaux présidents ! Il s’agit de Fabrice Baron pour Saumur Rouge et d’Isabelle Suire pour le Saumur Blanc. Néanmoins, 5 des 7 présidents ont été renouvelés. AOC depuis 1936 (parmi les premières AOC françaises, qui fêtent leurs 80 ans cette année), le Saumur Blanc est produit sur 390 hectares. Issu du cépage Chenin, il représente environ 2,6 millions de bouteilles par an. Également AOC depuis 1936, le Saumur Rouge s’étend sur une superficie de 550 hectares et produit 3,9 millions de bouteilles par an, majoritairement issu du cépage Cabernet Franc…
